| It is ORDERED, pursuant to Rule 34 of the Court's Rules of Practice and Procedure, that oral argument is set for Tuesday, August 11, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. before the panel of Judges Greenberg, Allen, and Falvey each for presentation of argument. Counsel for the parties are allotted 30 minutes each for presentation of argument. As of March 18, 2020, the Court began scheduling oral arguments via teleconference due to public health concerns associated with the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Because it is uncertain how long this pandemic will continue, logistics regarding whether oral argument will be held in person or via teleconference will be determined at a later time, with early notice given to the parties.
