08/25/2022 Open Document Memorandum Decision that the Board's July 21, 2020, decision denying entitlement to benefits for residuals of an injury to the right hand and for a chronic acquired eye disability is DISMISSED. After consideration of the parties' pleadings, a review of the record, and oral argument, the Board's finding that the appellant does not have current bilateral heel disabilities is reversed. That part of the Board's decision denying entitlement to an initial disability rating in excess of 10% for DJD of the left knee from July 21, 2009, to June 1, 2017; to benefits for bilateral heel disabilities; and to TDIU is VACATED, and the matters are REMANDED for further proceedings consistent with this decision.
